Congratulations!! Isn't it a fantastic feeling? I've been following a very low carb/high protein diet for almost 6 months and I'm ecstatic that I've lost over 23 pounds so far! I really thought it was hopeless for me, I've had Type 1 diabetes all my life, plus a stroke and heart attack on top of that made it seem impossible... But
