    I have a question. I am a mixed type, and what I understood from reading the book Take Control of your Health is that mixed types need TWO TYPES OF PROTEIN at each meal, one being high and another low purine, along with 2 types of corresponding vegetables. Is this correct? I've just bought the total Health Cookbook / ebook for the recipes because

    I just want to say that I followed the mixed type diet strictly last summer. In 4 weeks I lost several INCHES from my thighs and butt. I could fit into all my 'skinny' jeans. I was eating small servings of salmon plus chicken breast or an egg at each meal with alfalfa sprouts, olive oil, lemon juice, ground flaxseed and the appropriate vegetables
