Hello, Unfortunately it is not uncommon to see deaths due to marathons and the biggest challenge is that most of our bodies are simply not designed to be pushed to these limits of intense long term training as well as the marathon itself. I would suggest that the potential of a flu shot would not help but this is not as rare as you may think.

If you are a protein type this would be a very important aspect for your nutritional balance and also a level of importance if you are a mixed type. I will agree that conventional low quality meats are a challenge for anyone but organic, grass fed, wild caught and free range of various flesh

Hello Mary Beth, The challenge with soda is the high fructose corn syrup which is a very different reaction than fructose. Not to say that we recommend drinking wine and consuming high amount of fructose, but this is not near the same challenge.

Hello Jan, At this point you may already be able to get your Armour Thyroid but if you cannot you could check with a reputable compounding pharmacy. They should have no problem putting together the correct formula and dose for you. The challenge is mostly tied into certain dosage of the product and not the lack of product itself.
