Antibiotics

Is it dangerous to stop taking antibiotics for the flu when you realize that they shouldn't have been prescribed for a virus in the first place? Is is true that you have to take all the medication or it will create a superbug?

Therapy for getting rid of Thrush or Canker sores

My daughter recently had a very bad infection that led to thrush or canker sores. She is 24 and I'm wondering how to optimize her immune system to fight it and for her to start feeling well again and possible avoid having it rear its ugly head again.
