Is the Swine Flu Deadly or Not?
When you look at it, the data presented by the government and the media doesn't really add up. And the deceased are not even tested to determine the presence of the flu virus.

As I understand from what I've read, the best way to develop strong resistance to the flu is by optimizing your vitamin D levels and having the right healthy lifestyle rather than putting your trust on these shots.

I definitely agree! I forgot to write here that those doctors were very apprehensive when I mentioned my views on vaccine specially when I quoted Dr. Mercola.

What are your thoughts on Doctors advising people to take the shot?
I have been told by 4 doctors already to take the shot and not listen to Dr. Mercola. I ditched the 4 doctors and now searching for better ones. Thought I'd share this. Dr. Mercola Rocks!

Can a microwave remove the nutrients of my food?
I read at another website that it removes ALL nutrients, is this true? I often use our microwave at the office pantry to heat my lunch.
