What are the circumstances? Is very overweight or just looking to dapper up a bit? The reason I ask is because if you actually are very overweight then I strongly suggest you give an attention on clinical program, one that is well supervised by a approved doctor or nurse. A program like this can be found at some hospitals, but it may just be best to ask your doctor for his or her outlook on which program you need to be on. The other way to make sure you lose weight is by having an exceptional support group that will help to motivate you.
We should expect some health care as well as lessons on eating and exercising appropriately. This is when massaging therapy and exercise therapy comes in handy because the last few inflexible kilos which consist mainly of body fat can be broken down with massage and burnt down with exercise.

Drug Intervention New Hampshire
Sean,
I would have to see the details of the plan before I could comment to the specifics. However, I have a very strong opinion about medically supervised diets. I just want to give the other side so that folks don't rush out there and do something radical. I did a medically supervised diet and it landed me in the hospital for 3 weeks. There were other factors. Too personal to get into the details. However, I would caution someone to do their homework and error on the side of caution. I went to an endocrinologist about 2 weeks ago that suggested a medically supervised diet. I so badly wanted it to be the answer. Although I know that eating 800 calories or less goes against everything that I know about nurtition and health not to mention doesn't always produce long term weight loss, I came home and looked at the diet plan. They had patients on 800 calories or less. The food was crap. Packaged pastas and junk food. Then they give you some pill to curve your hunger. Does that sound healthy to you? I eat so healthy and exercise. I decided to keep the faith and take the slow and steady wins the race approach. I was chatting with a girl today that has a similar story as mine, eats well, dieted for years, exercises, can't seem to lose weight, and she said that she did a medically supervised diet and did not lose weight. It confirmed my decision to pursue the diet. M.D.s have their place but nutrition is not their area of expertise. I would really caution someone not to go to extremes and lose weight the healthy, honest way. Starving isn't it.
