Hello, I have a quick question:
I tested as a mixed type. The recipe plans provided all look very tasty, but for 3 or 4 days in a row, I work for 12 hours a day with just a half an hour lunch. I was looking at raw eggs as providing an integral part of my diet for these days where I have very little time to prepare food for my meals.
What are some good, simple meal suggestions for a mixed type that revolve around raw eggs as the primary protein?
Thanks!
I forgot to note that at this time, I do not have a juicer.
One quick, raw egg meal, that I like is made with onr or mor raw eggs, some ice, raw milk, real vanilla, a blender, plus steva to sweeten. You can vary the portoins according to your taste. You could add some burbon if that is allowed on your diet. Run the ingredients thru the blender or mix with a firk and then grate nuymeg on the top. Enjoy!
It makes a high protein, refreshing drink. A healthy egg nog.
Good Health,
Don
Surprisingly enough, I've found that I have no problem at all swallowing raw eggs whole. For me it almost feels like a complete meal in and of itself. ie for the next 6 or so hours I feel perfectly alive, energetic and full off of one egg.
So, I want to eat them more, but I find that I get a yolky residue mixing with my phlegm that seems to crawl up my throat. I'm betting there is something I could eat before, or after the egg that would work to solve this minor problem for me.
