I had a mammogram back in September and they said I had two cysts. They have become rather large and sore. Why do women get these and what can be done to reduce or have them go away? Thanks, Susie

Guess I'll have to do some research to what you suggest as I don't know how to go about any of it. I did some of my own research on my problem and found that it could be Estrogen Dominance by taking Black Cohosh. Will look into what you suggest. Thanks, Susie

Hi Susie,

I also have cysts in my breasts which get pretty sore, especially around my period.  I have found some relief with omiting all caffeine from my diet. For me that means no chocolate at all, no soda with caffeine.  You really have to check the ingredients label on products to make sure their isn't any caffeine.  It has made a difference for me.  And I also think that mammograms contribute to the soreness because of the pressure they put on the breast.  I plan on trying a thermal imaging next.  Hope this helps.  Good luck. Sally
