I am torn about what is the best to take as far as your supplements. I can't afford all of them, but which is better overall: Radical Fruits, or Krill Oil? Is it safe to take all of them every day together if I could? Please help. Thanks!

They are all safe to take, but if you only took one of them a good source of omega-3 fats would be the best so I would recommend krill oil.  Radical Fruits can be used every day but if you need to economize you can only take it immediately prior to when you do vigorous exercise as that is when many of the free radicals will be generated.

Sounds like a good reason not to exercise, to me.  LOL     I sure don't want any free radicals floating around.

I'm having a terrible time trying to figure out how to comment or question comments on the health blog...I've signed in and registered and ordered products but can't seem to comment on the blogs...what am I missing in navigating this site? Specifically I have questions about methylcobalamine..
Please help!
Thanks

well...maybe I just did it....by accident!  So here's my question but not under the proper article...
I just ordered  the B-12 spray...but was bummed to see that it's cyanocobalamine not methylcobalamine (which is now thought to be a more effective form?)...why doesn't Dr. Mercola sell the methyl form?
Now if I can ever find my way back here to look for an answer/ comment to my question....

hi 4windsrider     goto the top of the pg and click into the mercola "search" box.
then type in "methylcobalamine"  and hit enter.  i found 3 entries
when i did that.  the 2nd entry had lots of info (too much for me to read right now tho).  maybe you can find your answer there.  good luck.
"vit b12 keeps your brain young" :  article's title.
