I have been having intermittent right side pain. I first noticed it about a year ago while jogging. I would have to completely stop until it went away. This past Christmas I had sharp pains in the right that would come and go. I still get the pains on occasion and have noticed a dull ache just under my ribs on the right. What do you think? Is there a diet that would prevent gallstones if that is what it is?

Abdominal pains can be a sign of something serious. I think you should seek a consultation with a knowledeable health care professional.

I would like to know what to do if the symptoms are gallstones in this man's case. Surgery is the #1 option of the medical establishments.
They do not consider taking the stones they want to take the whole gallbladder. Why? they used to do this kind of procedure in the past.
My husband has the same symptoms and we know he has gallstones but what we have to do to avoid surgery.....is there anything natural way to get rid off gallstones..like oil and lemon juice but how??
Thank you.

It's 3 tablespoons of olive oil and the juice of a lemon before bed and upon awakening. For pain, one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of organic apple juice is recommended from what I read. You can get this info and more on gallstones from the book "Prescription for Nutritional Healing" by James and Phyllis Balch which is sold in most health food stores. It has natural remedies for many disorders and illnesses. And/or you can download for free, a copy of a book called "Lessons From the Miracle Doctors" by Jon Barron at
www.jonbarron.org
where he has a section where he talks about what to do for gallstones and how to do a gallstone flush to hopefully prevent surgery. I've found the site and the books very helpful for all sorts of health problems.

Lecithin or Olive Oil daily or other plant fats will take care of this. Do a Hulda Clark style liver flush. I have major issues and after several flushes and later use with plant fats have not had any issues at all. If you don't like Soy Lecithin which I can understand why you can buy sunflower lecithin!

This is Olena again. I did the Hulda Clark liver flush and passed a whole lot of little green somethings. The next day I kept having little jabs on the right side. After that the pain went completely away for about a week and a half. I did the liver cleanse again, but this time I didn't have the little jabs. The pain has gone completely away again. I've been trying to eat better. I quit caffeine completely, and I'm trying to eat a more alkaline diet because I heard that an acid diet will cause gallstones to form. Also fasting a lot will cause them to form.

My gallbladder pain was continuing to keep me up at night, so I went to a chiropractor who did surface electromyography (SEMG) and he could tell what was wrong with me just from that. He did an adjustment and put a cold laser directly on the area of my gallbladder and had me hold it there for several minutes. That night I had no pain and for the next two days I passed a whole lot of green goo. It has been 4 days since the cold laser treatment and I have had no pain. He also has an ion cleanse that I am going to try which is supposed to pull all sorts of toxins out of the body. My mother had it done yesterday and she said that it made her feel wonderful. I also have ordered the Garden of Life "Primal Defense" sold by Dr. Mercola. I bought Jordan Rubin's book two days ago and read his story of how he overcame Crohn's disease. It is truly amazing and his products sound like they would be much better than most of the supplements available. I am already taking "Radical Fruits" and have noticed a huge difference in my skin.

After three ultrasounds, one Hydi Scan, and two diagnoses of gallstones, I was told to have the gallbladder removed, and almost did during another surgery- but the general surgeon who was to do it could not schedule it at the same time. The symptoms of right- quadrant pain, nausea, vomiting, and pale stools, all pointed to gallbladder. I decided to change my diet- I don't eat or drink anything from a bag or box, no coffee, tea, or soda, and no more symptoms since January! I've added raw milk, coconut and palm oils, vitamin D, among other things, and am so happy to still have all my "parts"! It's amazing how your body can heal itself when given those foods that only God created! Oh- and I was eating soy too- not anymore!!!

I am a 46 yr old overwieght woman, started with diarrhea during college which I think traces back to a vitamin D deficiency from spending my life indoors doing homework and school just a few years ago. I have had the frothy stools for 6 years now, and have made supplement changes (D, B12, spuirulina, digestive enzymes, probiotics) and though it has reduced to 4-5 times a day BM's, (it was 12+ before) and more often they are solid, I still am having now constant pain radiating to my back. I had done the Hulda Clark parasite cleanse and liver cleanse about a year ago, but it still didn't resolve everything. Now the belly pain.
I had become so B12 drained in 5 years (I found that was about the limit) I was/am getting numbness in my feet, and burning. I found a source if injectable B12 and it helps greatly, but because of finances, cannot always stay on top of them. (B12 is totally dependent on healthy stomach and bowel function for absorption).
