Thank you for your video clarifying the use and storage of fish oil. It was especially helpful to hear you talk a bit about the krill oil supplements. Can I use krill as my source of omega 3s on a year round basis, or do I need to substitute cod liver oil in the winter to increase my vitamin D intake? I live in the chicago area. THANK YOU, Di Schlueter

Krill is a perfectly acceptable source of omega-3 year round. It does not have any vitamin D like cod liver oil for those that live in Chicago in the winter. So you will need to find some solution for that but I address that in other articles on the site.
