I have a question about scars. Unfortunately I have some hypertrophic scars. They appear purely due to their vascular nature. I have tried mederma, and have even had lasers used. Are there any natural products that help with scarring to reduce the color?

See video response for complete response but the simple answer is that you can inject a local anesthetic like 1% procaine with a very small 27 or 30 gauge needle into the wound at weekly intervals to dramatically improve the wound over time. This is a common form of therapy called neural therapy in Germany.
Also, do not expose the scar to sunlight during the healing process, anywhere from 3-6 months from the time of injury. The sunlight may cause discoloration to the wound.

Hi Mark, An excellent remedy for scars is Swedish Bitters. This is a natural herbal tincture available from Health Food stores. Maria Treben, a German Herbalist write a book many years ago (I think you may still be able to get it on Amazon.com). It is called 'Health Through God's Pharmacy'. Swedish Bitters will rid scars & wounds of any type, from acne scars, to pock marks, to surgical wounds etc. I have used it with excellent success and I always have a bottle of it in my home. Apparently, the Swedish Bitters recipe was found among the writings of the well-known Swedish physician, rector of medicine, Dr. Samst. He died in his 104th year in a riding acident. His parents and grandparents all reached a patriarchal age. To remove scars, just soak a cotton pad or some surgical gauze with Swedish Bitters and cover the scar or wound with it. I stick it down with micropore tape. Keep re-moistening the Swedish Bitters on the cotton pad. I highly recommend the purchase of Maria Treben's book. It is a must have for anyone interested in healing without the use of pharmaceutical drugs.

"Something going on energetically" What does that mean? How is a scar caused energetically? That superglue thing is interesting... although I thought glue had a lot of chemicals in it and it wasn't good to eat, it's okay to put it in a wound? Although originally glue was made from something like horse hoofs (or was that Jello?) so maybe it makes more healing amino acids available? Although I'd think you'd have to digest those first to make them available, so probably not. So it repolarizes cellular membranes to allow current to flow through them... because there's anesthesia? I'm not certain how anesthesia functions exactly but I thought it was to lessen pain. Even if you repolarize a membrane, how would that aid in healing? Scar tissue is caused by the tissue being repaired, but done so in a fashion that doesn't restore the same cells in the same place they were originally. Wouldn't you have to move the cells around, and not just their membranes? This actually reminds me sort of of Alex Chiu's 'immortality rings' because he says the magnets repolarize the cells and that helps them align to fix scars. I don't think a lack of scars would make you immortal though, haha.
