Hi Dr. Mercola, Let me just say that I Love you and think your information is wonderful, My son has asthma and I was told to take him off all dairy. I have done that. My question to you, is what about organic grass fed dairy? Is that any different for a child with asthma? Also, we live in New Jersey, and I cannot get non pasturized dairy. I do however buy organic grass fed butter and milk. Is that ok, or is the pasturisation killing all the good stuf?

We get thousands of questions but I must admit that I am more inclined to answer questions of those that express their deep appreciation. Great question but I have answered it many times previously on the site. So please use the search engine. Simple answer pasteurization is an absolute AVOID. You simply have to get the raw food. Pasteurized milk should be avoided by asthmatics, even grass fed organic. But please review my previous articles on this
