This is my third day on the program now. The first two days I followed the program to the letter. Today when I was visiting a dairy farm to buy some raw cheese I picked up a loaf of whole grain bread as well. I was very hungry and did not have a meal ready so I had about 2 oz of raw chedder and about 1 oz of bread to hold me over. Shortly after I started to get a stomach ache in the upper mid section which has been lingering all day it seemed to subside before dinner and then after dinner it started up again. Is this a result of my minor variation earlier, or a digestion issue? I had no problems the first few days.

The culprit here is probably the bread. I really do not recommend any breads overall and if bread would be used on occasion I would only recommend sproated grain breads and always with added fat. I truly would recommend staying away from bread though.
