Hi Jesse,

I had testing done for food allergies/sensitivities by NRG Solutions. They send you a little kit where you *** your finger, squeeze a few drops of blood onto a pad and send it back in. Very easy process. Not too expensive (but not covered by insurance). Comprehensive results are mailed to you in a few weeks and it includes a phone session with a specialist who helps you interpret them. See:
