Is the bad breath due to following a low carb diet for the protein types?

One thing that I can add is that it is a biochemical fact that when you consume fat without the presence of insulin which would be increased by the carbohydrates the fat that your body does not utilize will come out in your breath and your urine.  I still feel that the bigger challenge with bad breath though is detrimental bacteria in the digestive tract.
