First I would mention that the highest quality raw foods would be the best overall but you question really is on how to cook the foods. I would recommend that you would use the lowest tempature to do the least amount of heat damage to your foods. You could try to turbo oven, crock pot cooking, or low tempature cooking. The low tempature cooking would be in the oven set at 225 degrees while using a glass casarole dish with a lid. You would cook your meats for approximatily 5 minutes per ounce and fish at 4 minutes per ounce. Make sure you always use the lid.
Good Health,

Hello Jen,
The enamel has the potential to add flouride to the food therefore I do not recommend it.
Hi Sandy,
I do not recommend cooking with cast iron since you can leach inorganic forms of iron into your food that can created challenges systemically. A quality stainless steel is fine and but if you are going to purchase any new cookware I would recommend glass or the enameled cast iron and of course a high quality stainless steel. The challenge with the low quality s.s. is that there is generally too much nickel that would end up in your food.
