Hello,
I've heard that its not good for your health to eat more than 1 egg per day (especially the yolks). In some of the recipes in the forum there are at least 2-3 eggs in one meal. So my question is is it safe to eat more than 1 egg per day (whole egg including the yolk), and if it isn't why not? Also, does it make a difference if the eggs are free-range?
Regards,George
Eggs are excellent for your health, especially if they are from healthy chickens fed a decent diet with access to pasture. I don't feed my chickens any soy, GMO, or commercial feed. They have access to grass, fresh water, raw goat milk, sunflower seeds, organic corn and millet. The egg yolks are orange not anemic light yellow! Eggs are high in lecithin (which is lacking in Alzheimers patients by the way) and other vitamins!! They are sooo good for you don't be fooled by the same people that are probably the ones advertising that high fructose corn syrup is good for you:) Find a local farm with healthy, free range chickens and enjoy those eggs!
