Hi... I've been researching about this for quite sometime now and I was wondering if anyone here has any idea on the subject matter stated above. I just started walking from my home to the office everyday and I was wondering if there are other things I could do while I'm at the office. Basically my work is just purely a desk job so I spend the whole day sitting and looking at my computer.
I feel that I am getting fatter by the minute so I was wondering if anyone has good suggestions for burning calories while at work.

One thing I do is what I call stomach pulls. All you do is pull your stomach in as far as you can, then hold for 5 seconds. Repeat as many times as you like. It sure tightens the stomach muscles...or it tightens mine anyway. Good luck!
