For protein types juicing would be fine as a part three of your meal plan. You would only use the very low or low carb vegetables on your meal plan and always add the raw egg and cream for the added protein and fat. Remember that this would only be at the end of your meal and only in small amounts.
I will add that vegetable juice is an excellent source of concentrated raw nutrition with vitamins, minerals, and enzymes that are beneficial for all metabolic types and essential for carb types.
