garlic and ginger

I'm a mixed type and I've been juicing for breakfast for the past 6 months.   i juice celery and spinach with 1-2 raw cloves of garlic and now I've added some raw ginger as well.  Sparingly I will add 2 carrots but i do not do this often.  My question is what is the best way to consume the garlic?  I notice that when I juice the garlic no juice comes out but i do have a garlic taste in the juice.  I now put the garlic in first and juice all the other vegetables after to try and get the garlic in there.  Is it best to juice the garlic or just smash it and eat it that way?  I've notice that when I directly eat the garlic I get a slight stomach ache but it passes relatively quickly.  To me this tells me that the garlic is having an effect on my stomach which means it's probably doing something rather than when i try to juice it.  Any suggestions?  Also, should ginger be used everyday as I do with garlic?  One more, is it beneficial to add cinnamon to the juice since many talk about it's numerous heath benefits?  Thanks.

Good to hear from you!

I woulds suggest using veggies from both the green and blue categories such as celery and cucumber as an example.  It the garlic does create some GI issues I would eliminate this for a couple of months until other aspects of your health come back into balance and then try it again.  Feel free to add the ginger and a bit of cinnamon may be a benefit for you as well.  A raw egg and raw cream if available in your juice would also be recommended.
