No raw dairy - what do I do?

Hi there,

I just took the test yesterday and turned out to be a mixed type, so I eagerly took a look at the 5 day meal plan, but now I don´t know what to do. I live in Denmark and I don´t know where to find raw organic milk. I´ve found one place in the country, where you can get it, but thats 400 kilometres away!!! It seems I need to use dairy for more or less all the meals in the recipe plan, so now I don´t know what to make for myself in order to get started. How do I make sure that 25% of my meal is fat? It sounds like a lot to me...

Hello Kira,

You could replace dairy with any other fat such as olives, avocado, olive oil, nuts and seeds, and coconut oil as some examples.  Please refer to your meal plan for a list of fats.

Yes, 25% fat is generally more than most people are eating but most of us are also deficient in fat.  To make this easier try to add a couple of different fats from your meal plan at each meal.  This will generally get you to the 25% along with any fat in our protein.
