I just finised taking the test. I am dissapointed with how brief and vague the questions were. It does not seem that such a test could lead to an accurate assessment of my particular nutritional type. However, I do believe that there is information on this sight and forum that could be beneficial on health issues that would otherwise be difficult to find. I will continue to ask questions and search the sight for advice.

I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the questions. Nutritional typing is a starting point in investigating which proteins, fats and carbohydrates are ideal for your metabolism. The good news is that there are only three types - mixed, protein or veggie type.

I felt the same way.. like there is a lot of possibilty of error..
I am concerned because I have only received daily tips for the nutrionional typing program and I just wanted to get started as soon as possible. I already eat gluten-free...I havent even found out what my NT is yet. When will I know?
I am so glad to hear that you are already gluten free so please incorporate your tips daily as they are moving you toward your meal plan. After the 14 tips you will receive all the information you are looking for on day 15. With our years of using this with patients we simply find that the process overall creates the best success.

I just took the nutritional typing test and all the results page says is "Your test results!" with no information and no links as to how to focus on a gluten free diet.
I am very lost at this point, I don't think the process has been well explained and I am wondering if you all had this problem after first completing the test.

There should have been a video for you to view to explain the process followed with links to a gluten article as well as gluten recommendations along with the introduction to daily tips to work toward your NT. If you did not get this please reply so I can make sure you get this information.

I am in the same boat as Jennifer and wonder what all this NT is about. After the test, all I got were these daily tips, only, that they weren't daily, but appearing very erratically. I am stuck on tip 8 for the last 5 days and frankly am not impressed.

I agree, I was also dissapointed with the on line test, and cannott understand how it could be of any benefit, I also find the daily tips, just that, "basic tips", that are very general and serve as reminders more than detailed info or directions.
I did not receive the gluten information you mentioned either. I am already gluten free. So, I wasn't real concered about it, but thought you might want to know that the computer program might not be running as you intended.
I like Jenny got nothing but the same, no video, no links, overall I think a very disapointing start.

I agree with you that of course I wanted to know immediatley what my nutrional type was. However, I am now looking at it from the standpoint that most people jump on the "new health kick" diet bandwagon and they jump in whole hog and burn out in a month.
With each daily reminder, there are small changes you make daily, baby steps if you will, so the entire experience isn't burn out or overwhelming. On the second day I was told that I should cut back on carbs, because my nutrional type will not consume more than 30% carbs at a meal. Well by process of elimination, I can pretty much figure out what my type is going to be :)
Don't give up, my sister has been living this way FOREVER and we all thought she was insane, however she is the oldest of the siblings and more bright, beautiful and healthier than any of us! (She is 40 running around with her 1 year old son and then surfing!)

Also customer service has contradicted themselves and failed to return calls!! a poor start.
