Recent CMP blood test shows electrolytes, specifically Calcium, Potassium, and Sodium, are well within range, however Magnesium was not tested. If I was magnesium deficient wouldn't my calcium and potassium levels be off? What benefit would a magnesium supplement provide and what are the chances of taking too much magnesium if my body doesn't need it?
