Protein Type & Osteoporosis

I have severe osteoporosis & have been told professionally to have very little protein in my diet, particularly red meat & this of course includes dairy products.  How can I undertake the protein type diet with this condition?

I also have chronic adrenal exhaustion and insomnia.  Please what do  you advise?

Try a raw food diet, this has improved my osteoporosis and tendinitis. You can eat raw eggs, cheeses, meat (beef carpacio), sushi (fish only) soaked nuts, etc. Also in this diet grains are avoided, which could be the cause for improvement also. When you cook the food the body treats it as a toxin (raising your white blood cell count as proof), hence the inflammatory reaction. The raw food will rejuvinate you!! Buy Carol Alt's "The Raw 50" since she promotes eating raw meats etc (most raw foodists are vegan) and she has the best recipes of all the raw food books. Also avoid soy, it is hidden in the labels as "spices", this was the cause of me having a rapid heartbeat and causing anxiety which disturbed my sleep for years, and the effects would come around 48 hours after consuming it.  Most people switch to a raw diet to gain energy, so this will take cause of your exhaustion. Also don't let others stress you out, this wears out adrenal gland, listen to Brian Tracy's "Psychology of Achievement" on audio cd and Atlas Shrugged to help with these issues. All these things have removed my anxiety and given me more happiness and energy. Good luck!
