I buy BRISLINGS (which are sardines that come from the cold water around Norway and Scotland)...I think they are healthier and higher in omega3 etc.
Take 1 can of Brislings and drain the water
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fish and break up (flake) with a fork...(the lemon eliminates the "fishy" taste; lemon is not recommended for our type so if you want you could squeeze some of the lemon juice out before doing the next step.)
Mix in up to 1 Tablespoon of South River Azuki Bean miso paste (check Dr. M's list of beans that are beneficial for your blood type and use that flavor miso)
I stuff celery sticks with this and top with fresh cilantro (cilantro is not recommended for our type... however it binds with mercury and escorts it out of our body and it tastes great! )
Another option is sometimes I chop up a little bit of green onion and mix in the sardine salad.
