By simply stopping to drink sodas (diet and standard) and eating more and more organic foods. I drink a lest 1 gallon of water everyday and I walk for 1 hour in the morning. I'm 29 and I never felt that good in al my life.

My primary goal was not to loose weith but just stop gaining it. Then I just realised that I was indeed loosing 2-5pounds every weeks without doing that much, It just motivated me to read some books about natural cures and I started to realise what I was really eating, what was good and what was bad and why it was bad for me. A lot of poeple look at the ingrediants and don't have a clue of what they are reading. I see that a lot at the supermarket.

Now I have 1 question about my health and I wish i'm not out of line here. If I am will a moderator just move it to the right section or edit it. After loosing 90pounds I found myself with a lot of loose skin on my upper arms and my belly. It roll over my belt. It's getting enoying to see all the progress I've made in my health and still not liking what I see in the miror. I would like to know if there is some good alternative to surgery.

Why does dry brushing affect cellulite? How could brushing the surface of the skin have any effect on the fat cells underneath? And what causes cellulite in the first place? If anyone has any thoughts/musings/further information I would love to hear about it!

I have 130 lbs to lose and am having a hard time getting started on the diet plan. I also wonder about putting my children on the plan for mixed type people too because they have to eat what I cook and I dont want them to end up eating the wrong foods because its what is good for me. Also my husband has type 2 diabetes and is also a mixed type and I want to make sure I am doing things right for him, do you have any suggestions as to things we should or should not do with the diet plans? We are avoiding most of the foods on the secondary list except I am having a piece of fruit with my breakfast in the morning, but other than that we are not eating from that list, is that ok or should we include more of those foods?

I feel a little uneasy I think just because I am eating more fat than I was before and what Dr. M says about our nutritional type goes against what i have always heard about weight loss and it takes some getting used to. I guess the only way to know what works is to try the diet plan and see how it goes, right?

Thank you for your help

I've been researching about this for quite sometime now and I was wondering if anyone here has any idea on the subject matter stated above. I just started walking from my home to the office everyday and I was wondering if there are other things I could do while I'm at the office. Basically my work is just purely a desk job so I spend the whole day sitting and looking at my computer.

I feel that I am getting fatter by the minute so I was wondering if anyone has good suggestions for burning calories while at work.

Hope to hear from members soon!

They told me it will help in shedding the extra pounds and can keep me fit without looking like I was undergoing extreme weight loss program.

Anyway, I was wondering if this is safe? I've never tried replacing any of my main meals. I believe in moderating my meal consumption but to actually not eat is a different story.

Any ideas?
