Is this true? And what about in the case for children? For my children should I focus on juicing or blending? Additionally, I would just feel like "supermom" if I could find a few good recipes for smoothies or juicing to give to my kids that are veggie based! I have searched the internet for recipes with not much luck. I would love to get a variety of veggie colors down them this way and maybe combine them with fruit. Suggestions? I've been on the anti-candida diet for about 2 months and now I'm going to modify the diet to the mixed type program. :-)

I avoid all dairy for years now except for organic butter and some heavy cream (to avoid casein). The cream I use right now is not organic...or raw. My first question(s):

-Is it okay for now (until I find a better product) to use this poorer quality cream in my juice?

-Would it be overkill to also add coconut oil or coconut milk, or should I use these instead of the cream?

-How much fat is too much in one meal?

Second question(s):

-If I mix the juice with my whey protein powder, would that suffice as a protein addition instead of raw egg?

-I consume plain, unsweetened goat milk yogurt with a touch of stevia - would this be a better addition to the juice than the whey powder?

Thanks for your help!

Mixing fruit juice with vegitable juice

Hello.......

Looking at other entries I see you recommend egg and cream for a mixed type with their juice. I usually like to mix the juice with a whey protein shake that I make with raw milk and also like to add an egg. Since I am a mixed type, I usually mix celery, carrot, apple and orange and noticed that all except the celery are on the secondary chart. Zucchini, cucumber and Kale are other varieties I use. Tell me the best combination of juices. Sometimes I notice that after I drink the shake and juice mix my nose with start to run. Not sure if this is a reaction to the juice or the egg. Let me know what you think.

A big one is juicing. As a long time follower of Dr. M, I own and have been using my Omega 8005 almost daily.

I pour a TBS + each of Nutrex Spirulina and Yayama Chlorella into my fresh organic green juice, which I dilute with my home made distilled water!

I belong to an organic CSA where I get fresh, living produce just harvested! I have also been sprouting lots of stuff to juice.

So: my current understanding is I stop the spirulina and chlorella. I know Dr. M says he juices a cup of collard greens daily + other stuff = 1 quart of fresh green juice and then mixes w/raw eggs? We are the same type. So I guess it's ok to juice?

Please give me the recommendation for my type for juicing...and the details.

Many thanks
