At most I would 3 or 4, 10 ounce glasses per week, using it as a post workout fluid/energy replacement. A few weeks ago I recognized that I did not feel as good as normal for about 12 hours after drinking the juice. I did not feel terribly bad, just not great. I've since limited the amount of juice and feel back to normal. Any ideas why this would happen?

I have grown to love juicing but I am trying to conceive and now I am a bit concerned about this article. I cannot find anything on Mercola's site in regards to this specific topic. Does anyone have any advice/suggestions or experience with this?

Wheatgrass Juice proven to REVERSE CATARACTS and other forms of aging (in the animal model).

Fresh Wheatgrass is a TRUE anti-aging Wonder.
According to a study published in Biogerontology in 2005, entitled:
"Aging reversibility: from thymus graft to vegetable extract treatment-- application to cure an age-associated pathology."
...Wheat grass was shown to REVERSE CATARACTS 25-40% in old dogs, and to reverse multiple indicators of aging.

Looking over the charts, I am confused as to whether I need to make any changes to my morning smoothy. Right now I blend 4 strawberries, 3 heaping tablespoons of blueberries, 1 banana, 1 raw egg, 8 oz of yogurt from raw milk, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of fresh ground flax seed, 1 scoop of protien whey powder, 1/4 cup of coconut chips, and 3 tablespoons of coconut oil. After I finish that, I sip a cup of kefir. About half of these items are on the secondary chart and half are on the primary. What do I need to modify?

Juicing Substitute

I am a Carbo type RE: Juicing: Can I mix up a green powder, such as Garden of Life "Perfect Food" as a substitute for juicing?
