I have recently become lactose intolerant. I have read that many who are lactose intolerant can consume raw milk with no issues. My question is, I live on a farm in Wisconsin in dairy country. I have access to raw milk, but it is not organic. The cows are fed silage and corn, but no chemicals or hormones. Will this milk still be better for you? Do you think I will de able to digest it?

Thanks

Can I take and receive full benefits if I take fish oil soft gelcaps on an empty stomach.

Can I take milk thistle and receive full benefits on an empty stomach?

If any one knows of a web site that answers theses questions and the site uses scientic data and not some persons theory with no evidence can you please also share the web site.

I've heard that it is better to have meals without any liquids, wait about 2.5-3 hours for the food to be digested completely, and then drink water to clense and hydrate your body. I have tryied it for the past few weeks and at first I was thirsty right after I finished with my meal (I always had a drink when I ate before) and I got used to it quickly, but I can't determine if I feel better in long term because I'm changing my diet according to my NT right now.

I'd love to hear your opinion on this.

as far as staying up all night and sleeping soundly through the morning into early afternoon, 2 weeks ago I've also given up ground coffee for breakfast, increasing the sense of fatigue and mental spaciness for 4 days, but still could not revert sleep cycles. As a last resort I started to take melatonin for the last 3 nights, last night fell asleep at 1.00 a.m, eventually. I do not work shifts as you ask, I cannot even work at the moment, I feel overwhelmed with my husband's OCD and moodiness, expecting attention and perfection around the flat all the time. I guess I can only relax after he's gone to bed; and that's why I feel more mentally focused to search for help and information at night, over the internet (since 2 months ago we have a fixed line). My husband had his thyroid burned with radioactive iodium, he takes thyroxin, can no longer work shifts as he finds it hard to start early morning, he goes to work part time later afternoon to 9.30 p.m. He's very ritualistic with cleaning before sitting to eat, so often it's 11 p.m. when he eats. That's how I got into staying up late. Also, we live on a first floor, at the shadow of another building in front and prominent balconies, I hardly ever see sunlight these days, I was wondering if this might add to the problem.

I'm struggling a lot with getting the right ratio and food quality. I've been reading other patients' postings, to get some idea.

That's about it for now,

thank you,
