I am a mixed type.

Can I use goat cheese or yogut cheese?

Should I be concerned about how much saturated fat is in a piece of cheese?

Thanks,

Bonnie

Hi: I am a mixed type also.  I would eat either of the two cheese types you mentioned.  Just try to make sure they are natural cheese types and not polluted by going throu some factory.

The goat cheese shoul be from grass fed goats and the yougurt should be made from milk from gass feed anamials, if possible.  I would not worry about the level of saturated fat, in a natural dairy product.

I eat that type cheese once and twice a week and drink keifer from raw milk, daily.

Good Health,

Don
