I am a mixed type and have for years relied heavily on breads, sprouted or other wise and do in
fact crash after about 2 hours
However in my transition to mostly veggies in lieu of grains as my primary source of carbs
while my hunger subsides for extended period of time, I tend to lack energy
and feel foggy. I think I have the fat and protein side of the equation well under control but
the cars are a challenge
Any suggestions?
