psyllium recipes

I would like to know if anyone has recipes that call for whole psyllium husks.

I bought a 454 g bag and would like to incorporate this wonderful fibre in a muffin recipe. Can it be the same ratio as bran? Or less?

I have mixed it in our dried cereals, for convenience, hoping I haven't added too much.....

Would like to use psyllium daily on a regular basis.
