Hi, I have a 10.5 month old daughter and I ordered Dr. Mercola's "New Start" 10 day cleanse. I never gave it a thought about doing it while nursing but I read under the warnings that pregnant or nursing mothers should contact their physician's before using. So then, I googled it and there are lots of warnings against using a cleanse if nursing. I REALLY want/need to do this cleanse but am now scared. Dr. Mercola's product seems to not have chemicals or anything like that in it, but lots of herbs.
Can anyone advise? I was planning on starting on it today. I really feel like it would be OK.
