Other than coconut oil what other oil is good for cooking?

Looks like grapeseed oil is a possibility. Here is what I read on Wikipedia: "Grape seed oil is extracted from grape seeds and has a relatively high smoke point, approximately 420 °F (216 °C), so it can be safely used to cook at high temperature."

You can also use virgin olive oil; but ONLY if you keep the temperature on low or medium, it cannot take over about 300 degrees F without breaking down.
