Hi,

I have taken the NT test and have found out that I am a Mixed Type.  I am a little unsure how to use the charts.  Help in answering these couple of questions will help me decide if I am reading and interperating the information correctly.  One of my favourtie meals is Tha Chicken Curry.  For this i usually use thigh meat with Broccolli cauliflower carrott eggplant and beans with coconut cream.  I am thinking that i need to change the meat to chicken breast to use the cauliflower beans. Or can leave it as the thigh meat and just use Broccoli Egg plant. Is there a way to combine all ingredients??  We often crumb our fish and have it with a salad according to the list fish and salad does'nt work, we are using rice crumbs and cooking in coconut oil.  When is says that you can use secondary foods after consuming primary foods what is the waiting time??.  The fish that i buy here in Aus is usually Snapper, but we also consume red emporor baby snapper pink snapper, do all of these fit into the same category?  Most of the salad varieties that I consume are low or very low glycemic what fish can i use to balance this meal. And finally should i best be avoiding all foods in the secondary chart.  One more what can I substitute bread with.  Cheers Becca from DownUnder.
