HI,

I do eat butter, but does it have too much dairy?  I don't eat any other dairy but butter, and don't want any inflammation or allergy problems.  Does it have high casein content?   Also, could you please explain why green apples are the type of apples I should eat (protein type), and why?

thank you,

alli

Generally butter doesn't have an inflammation response in the body like omega 6 from vegetable or grain corn. I would make sure it is organic butter or raw butter is best reduce potential allergies. Butter doesn't have any dairy protein so don't have to worry about the casein aspect. I believe the green applies are better cause they have a lower sugar content then other apples. Protein types have to watch the carbs because carbohydrates can push your metabolic chemistry in the wrong direction. You want carbs that support your purine protein part of your diet.
