I made a homemade little concoction out of :
raw dessicated coconut 1 and 1/4cup (not sweetened)
almonds 1/2 cup chopped (soaked first)
2 TBLSP. coconut oil melted
5 eggs (room temp)
1/2 cup chia geletin (room temp)
1/8 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. stevia
Just a bit of himalayan salt
I cooked it on 200 until it got light brown.
I don't know if it makes a difference but I baked it in a 9x13 glass cake pan first brushed with coconut oil.
These measurements are aprox. I don't measure much.. When I ate one I added a bit of olive oil on top. I have trouble with cravings, so added fat fights this well.
When I ate it I was craving. Then realized I hadn't added my fat to my juice, egg drink on my way to work. I noticed a HUGE difference in my thinking and my mood. Glen, do you see any where I could add nutrition to this?
I have to say this looks great and I moved it to the mixed type recipe thread for others to enjoy.
