I am a carb type and was never a lover of dairy products. I do not like cheese at all. I was one who would order pizza with no cheese. I started my diet about 10 days ago and seem to be doing well. My question is regarding Keifer. Can I have a glass of Keifer as part 3 of my meal plan with every meal? I have been doing this and I love it! I put a little Wey in with every glass and think of this as desert. My system seems to love the calcium.

The kefer would be a fine product for you to add and the whey protein would be a fine source for yourself. I would recommend raw kefer if this is available to you and also would suggest the Whey Healtier protein from www.mercola.com as this is prepared from raw dairy.
