Juicing or Gazpacho

Hi Glen, Forgive me if this is repeat inf., I can't seem to read any of the posts in todays forum. This is something I've been considering though. Dr. Mercola recommends eating some of the pulp as he says that we were meant to eat the whole vegetable. That being the case, why not just put it in the processor and make a fresh gazpacho. I'm considering this for two reasons.... 1. My husband would think this much more appealing. 2. Otherwise, I probably need a new Juicer. I have a champion. Doesn't Juice everything, and also heats things up quite a bit. knetsell

I would still juice the vegetables and add in a small amount of the pulp.  The reason I would not put this in the processor is that you are trying to make a concentrate of raw vitamins, minerals, and enzymes.  You would not be able to eat the same amount of vegetables whole or from the food processor.
