What are the advantages of raw dairy compared to conventional store bought dairy?

I would say that there are many benefits of utilizing raw dairy as opposed to conventional.  These are actually too many to list in this format so I would recommend that you visit www.mercola.com and do a search on raw dairy.

With regards to cream (Half and Half) would this be detrimental to my blood sugar levels if it is not raw?  I would not think so.

I hope to get raw dairy in the future when I get some more money using local farms, but I cannot do this now.

Hello,

This should not be a problem for blood sugar stability although raw fats are better utilized by the body. If you can't find raw cream, prioritize getting organic cream.
