Kevin,
I have found that with most people, myself included, that are lactose intolerant have no problem with raw dairy. With the addition of all the natural occurring enzymes to break down the dairy from a digestive standpoint as well as assimilating the nutrients most do not have a problem with dairy in a its natural raw state.
Good Health,

Kevin, I've been lactose intolerant for well over 18 years now. Kicked in when I was a teenager. Total intolerance to milk. Though, I never had to the opportunity to try raw.
That said, butter is not a problem. Cream can be. But butter is safe. It doesn't contain lactose. I use it all the time (usually clarified ghee). It's just fat, none of the lactose sugar.
Otherwise, I use lactase enzymes supplements, and that works fine. Just get a brand, as many of the brands at the pharmacy have sugar added. Natural Factors is a clean brand that works for me. 2 capsules is enough for straight milk
