Hello Everyone,
Here is a recipe from Aajonus Vonderplanitz' new recipe book:

Parmesan Chicken
1 Serving

6   ounces raw chicken, diced    (Aajonus only eats raw; for those of us who prefer cooked, I am sure that is fine!)
4   Walnut halves
2   tablespoons stone-pressed olive oil
1   tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2   tablespoons raw cream
1   tablespoon finely chopped oregano
1   slice minced garlic clove

Blenderize walnuts into flour in a 4-ounces jar on high speed for 5 seconds. Add all ingredients, except chicken, and blenderize on low speed for 15 seconds. Spread over chicken. Eat immediately or marinate for 45 minutes.

Hope you like it.

Linda,

Thank you as I have tried this one and it is excellent but I did have the raw version and not the cooked.  For those of you who do not know what blendrizing is, it is simply using a blender for all practical purposes.  Aajonus uses small ball jars that screw onto the top of the blender so there is not much oxygen involved in the blending process.  Let the recipes build!

Good Health,

Glen Depke, ND

He eats it raw!? I hope he has a source for organic chicken. (or a chicken yard in back of his home!) The way some of the chicken processing plants look, and smell ,around here There's no way I'm going to eat chicken raw- and my meat thermometer needs to be at 170 degrees! Then I bless it before I eat it!  Cheers!  Gabe

Having fbeen one of Aajonus' students for some time, I can only tell you that raw meats and fowl can be quite delicious if eaten with sauces--his recipe book is wonderful!  He and I only eat raw free-range chickens supplemented with organic feed. For meats, all are grass-fed and local (I'm in North Dakota). the enzyme action with raw is extraordinary; it's hard to go back to anything cooked!
