I would recommend raw fats to aid in neutralizing the toxins in your body and the best would probably be the coconut oil. I take a tablespoon with each meal and this also aids in reaching the fat ratio goals.

I have just joined the forum and Nutritional Typing. The failure of Glenn to see that the link is not on this page and many delays to provide it is very disappointing.
Not to be critical or demeaning in any way, but so far the Nutritional Typing & forum is far from what I expected.
I don't understand why you particularly cannot see a link that everyone else can so I will refer this to the IT department to assist you.
What I think would help is if you Glen would respond using the username of the person you are writing back to so we can determine whom you are addressing...it is too confusing since the forum doesn't differentiate users by quoting or by date or time or anything else. Username addressed in your reply would be most helpful.
I would think others would agree. I have difficulty at times reading through the forum determining whose question you are answering.
