Alternatives to Bison

Want to try the Prime Protein Meal Plan

Only problem is I live in the UK

Not too many bison roaming around - and noone in the shops either

Can anyone suggest a good alternative as Bison is sugested for at least 3 days of the plan?

I believe elk would be good, and should be avilable there.
