If anyone would like to add a recipe for a veggie type meal plan feel free. If I feel it may need some adjusting I will either do this in the post or make reference to it. This will be a big advantage to all of us on the forum.

Hi! I, by chance, figured out that I was a "Carb Type," before I even knew about Metabolic Typing, and since finding out about it, I've been experimenting. For breakfast, I've found that I really enjoy, and get a good energy off of, a blended meal of the following ingredients: one orange, one lemon, 4-5 Romaine leaves, and a little bit of shredded coconut (for added fat and protein. I just use a couple tablespoons at most).
