Well I finished the MT script of the 3 hour clinic.  That was so useful.  I remain very grateful that we have this forum as I have so many unanswered questions!

A big one is juicing.  As a long time follower of Dr. M, I own and have been using my Omega 8005 almost daily.

I pour a TBS + each of Nutrex Spirulina and Yayama Chlorella into my fresh organic green juice, which I dilute with my home made distilled water!

I belong to an organic CSA where I get fresh, living produce just harvested!  I have also been sprouting lots of stuff to juice.

So: my current understanding is I stop the spirulina and chlorella.  I know Dr. M says he juices a cup of collard greens daily + other stuff = 1 quart of fresh green juice and then mixes w/raw eggs?  We are the same type. So I guess it's ok to juice?

Please give me the recommendation for my type for juicing...and the details.

Many thanks

I would only juice the vegetables that are on your prime protein type meal plan.  We share the same type and I juice celery, cauliflower, spinach, and one carrot.  You should also add a raw egg and one heaping tablespoon of raw cream to this juice for the added protein and fat.  This also should only be used at the end of your meal.  Remember to always eat your flesh protein first.

I'm wondering what you all recommend a fast oxidizer do during this first phase of biobalancing...   should I just skip juicing for the time being?

Reason: I'm reducing my veggie/carb intake dramatically and I have no idea how to figure out the ratio of juice to protein and fat.

My other concern is the lack of fiber in juicing. If I juice do I give up eating the whole veggie that meal?

Another question:  what is the benefit of juicing for a fast oxidizer vs. eating the whole food?

Thanks!

Juicing would be fine as long as it is after your protein and do not drink it alone.  Always add raw cream if available (coconut oil if the cream is not available) and a raw egg.  Also do not juice on a regular basis...two to three times per week would be fine.

The advantage of juicing is that you will be ingesting a concentrated amount of raw vitamins, minerals, and enzymes as you would not be able to consume that same quantity of food if you ate it whole.
