I gave up coffee and recently tea, but I still miss both. Is it okay to drink a cup of teeccino in the morning?
TIA!
If it's meant to be, it's up to me.
Hello,
Unfortunately this still pushes fast oxidation and would not be recommended. Try hot water with cream, cinnamon, and nutmeg in the morning. For many the warmth and fat with some additional flavors is very satisfying.
Let me know how this works for you.

I've been off all caffeine for about three weeks and feel much better, and I'm not missing the buzz at all. No teeccino either. How 'bout that?
I still drink a lot of herbal tea and a little decaf green tea, though. Is that okay? Why do I have a feeling you're going to say that I need to be drinking mostly pure water? :-)
How can you find out about fast oxidizers? William Wolcott?
Thanks!
Martha
Hi Martha,
Great job getting of the caffeine...you should be proud of yourself.
If I remember correctly you are a protein type and the herbal teas are typically too high in potassium for a protein type so I would suggest cutting this back.
A couple of great books to read are "Nutrition and Your Mind" by Dr. George Watson and "Bio-Balance" by Rudolf Wiley. They both have excellent info on fast oxidation.
