I took a few tests and all came out that im clearly a protein type.. My ? is that i love fruit and veggies.. and i know ideally i should be snacking on carbs fat and protein together. but i do fine when i snack on say a nice big apple and some berries or whatever.. IT will hold me over untill the next Big meal..
If you feel fine, then that is more feedback than a questionairre. why not go for it?
What does this do to your energy level? Does it help you stay alert? If you check your blood sugar what's happening there? Will a bit of fruit between meals , in moderation , mess up your program? I'm diabetic and have to ask myself these questions a lot. Gabe
