I have just learned I am a protein type, I am concerned with the high fat content of the foods I am expected to eat as I have high cholesterol. I have been under the care of a doctor and nutritionist at a cholesterol clinic and for the past 8 months have not eaten eggs, cheese, butter, or dark meat. I have been keeping my saturated fat at 10 grams a day. If I start eating according to my Protein type am I at risk for heart disease?
